So, for the love of Edward-err-I mean Robert, I tried to understand that "unemployed" term of his (with that English accent which made him more adorable) by doing an employment background check (improvised) on him just to understand this "glitch" (ok, I''m freaking exaggerating on that term). So here''s a die hard fan''s employment background check on the idol is cooler than cool and hotter than hot....
RPattz is a model, an actor and a musician. He became a model at the age of twelve but it only lasted for four years. He blamed this mostly on his masculinity. During the year 2007 he appeared in the advertising campaign for Hackett''s Autumn Collection. It was acting that really made Robert shine bright.
Acting is Rob''s pedestal. He started in the year 2004 as a supporting role for the television film Ring of the Nibelungs and in Vanity Fair by Mira Nair, where his later scenes were deleted and can only be seen in the DVD version. In 2005, he was supposed to appear in the UK premiere of The Women Before at the Royal Court Theatre but got fired instead and replaced by Tom Riley. His breakthrough role however came with the fourth installment of the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire which was released on the same year. In this film, Robert played the role of the quite and charming Triwizard''s Champion Cedric Diggory. It was this role that named him "British Star of Tomorrow" by The Times. Two television films came, entitled The Haunted Airman (2006) and The Bad Mother''s Handbook (2007). He also has a cameo role in the fifth installment of Harry Potter entitled Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix returning as his previous role.
2008 was the major breakthrough in Rob''s acting career. He had gotten the Best Actor Award in the Strasbourg Film Festival Award for the Movie How to Be as he played Art. Later on he was on his agents couch in L.A. looking for an American project. There was no role that made a boom like when he joined Harry Potter. But at that year, out of 3,000 who auditioned, Robert bagged the role of Edward Cullen, the vampire who fell in love with a human named Bella. This was the flick that made him brighter than ever before-a movie adaptation of the best selling series after Harry Potter. More than t hat it was in this film that the world knew him as a singer and composer as two songs from the movie''s soundtrack was sung by him (one of which he co-composed), although his movie How to Be showed his singing prowess already.
Before bagging the said role, Robert was planning giving up on acting, but after the smash hit of Twilight, and fans stalking him, his career was soaring higher than high.
This 2009 is another great year for Rob as he takes a challenging role as Salvador Dali in Little Ashes, which showed his acting prowess more than ever. Fans should also mark our calendars for the upcoming Twilight Sequel New Moon as he again reprised his role as Edward Cullen. He also has two upcoming films for 2010; RememberMe which is a post production, and the third Twilight installment Eclipse which is already being filmed.
Ha! That was something. So He was unemployed for a while but it can''t be denied that our beloved dreamboat really got everything else knocked ou t with his projects after his major hit vampire role. RPattz''s career is really breaking the dawn of great opportunities. This is one accomplished employment background check from a fan who wishes him nothing but the best.
